These terms govern use of this website and, together with a signed proposal, the services Kratos Labs provides. The contracting entity is named in the proposal for each engagement.

The services
Kratos Labs builds AI infrastructure and production software. The scope, deliverables, and schedule for any engagement are defined in the proposal for that engagement.

Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the proposal for each engagement. Payment terms, invoicing schedule, and late payment handling will be stated here in the final text.

Intellectual property
Rights in the systems, code, and documentation produced during an engagement are allocated in the proposal for that engagement.

Limitation of liability
Standard limitation of liability language, including any caps and exclusions, will be inserted here once the contracting entity and governing law are fixed.

Governing law
Governing law and venue depend on the contracting entity and will be stated here in the final text.
